Monthly Yoga workshop
please join me for this blissful 2 hour
“Yin Yoga” session.
In this session, we will move slowly and methodically; holding poses long enough to activate the meridian energy channels throughout your body to balance and increase the flow of prana into your organs. In turn, the increased energy will harmonise your organs to help you re-establish homeostasis and equilibrium. The longer pose holds will help you deeply yet therapeutically stretch your muscles allowing your blood circulation to flow into all areas of your body.
