My mixed ability Hatha yoga class is ideally suited for individuals that have some experience of yoga. You do not have to be an expert to join this class however it will be a more enjoyable class if you know the basic yoga postures and ways to modify moves to match your flexibility and strength.
Each yoga class will vary depending on what areas of the body we are concentrating on and what we are looking to achieve from the class. However here is a small list of the more intermediate/advanced postures you will come across:

If you are reading this and thinking that class is not for me however you do have yoga experience i encourage you to come along and i will guide you through the postures in a way that benefits and serves you.
Within the mixed ability classes we will explore many different yoga postures some will require great strength and flexibility and for this reason it is important to listen to your body and only progress into more challenging postures when you feel confident and ready. My yoga room only holds 9 people so i will keep a close eye on you helping you to performing the postures properly and more importantly safely.
