This workshop will cover everything you need to know from foundational poses, to how to take advantage of props, to understand basic sanskrit terminology. You will also explore breath awareness, breathing exercises and some simple meditations. You will have the opportunity to spend time with each pose to find what brings ease to your body and learn how to adapt poses to suit your individual abilities.
